You can always call 911 and request to remain annonymous or use the annonymous tip form found HERE. The form itself is intended for "cheese" heroin, but you can use it for a tip of any kind.

Tell a teacher or call 911. There are people that want to help you out of your unfortunate situation. Remember that this is not your fault and you are not telling on your parents to spite them. You are trying to help them with a problem as well as trying to help yourself out of a bad position that they should not have put you in to begin with.

No, it is not specifically illegal to talk or text on your cell phone while driving. While talking on a cell phone is up for debate, common sense dictates that texting while driving is extremely bad judgement. Even at a red light.

No, Michael Denny is still alive and well. The video was made from footage shot during the summer of 2006. The events depicted were fictional, but realistic. These types of unfortunate incidents occur far too often and, as the video says, are the results of poor decisions.
What if you say, "no" and they point a gun at you until you do it? Then you have no choice but to do it right or wrong.
If someone is pointing a gun at you, you should do as you're told. Try to observe as much detail about the individual as possible to give the police a good description. Try to avoid making eye contact with the individual. Once free of the suspect, immediately call 911 for the police and an ambulance if medical attention is needed.
